About the Role:
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This includes supporting executive management, coordinating office activities, managing communications, and maintaining an efficient, well-organized work environment. A legal or paralegal background is a strong plus as we operate in a sector where compliance and documentation matter.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage administrative tasks and day-to-day office operations.

Provide executive-level assistance and support.

Oversee office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.

Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.

Organize and maintain documentation and internal records.

Act as a liaison for internal communication and external inquiries.

Ensure all legal documents and communications are properly archived.
